THE RECLAIM
Six Weeks Against Stress, Screen, and Surrender
Your brain is being farmed. It's time to take it back.
Somewhere in the last decade, you lost three things—and barely noticed.
You lost your calm. Your nervous system runs red-line around the clock: tense in meetings, tense in traffic, buzzing at bedtime. Stress doesn't discharge anymore; it accumulates. You call it "normal."
You lost your attention. The most sophisticated attention-extraction machine in history lives in your pocket, engineered by thousands of brilliant people to capture your stress chemistry. You check it without deciding to. You scroll past the point of enjoyment. Physical present, mentally absent—a zombie with a full battery.
You lost your thinking. You ask AI before you ask yourself. You accept answers you never verify. "The AI said so" has quietly become the new "the authority said so"—and every capability you don't use, you lose.
None of this is a character flaw. It's a design. And what was designed can be reversed.
The Reclaim
A six-week training that tackles all three fronts simultaneously—because they feed each other. The phone spikes your stress response. The stress drives you back to the screen. And AI quietly removes the very thinking muscles you'd need to break the loop.
You can't fight them one at a time. You fight them together.
Three trainings, one system, ~15–20 minutes woven into the day you already have.
What You'll Train
🛡️ Cadence — against stress Learn to shift your nervous system's gears: ramp up on demand, drop down deliberately. A 90-second transition ritual—Sense, Name, Signal, Discharge—used at every hinge of your day. Stop carrying the 9 AM meeting into your evening. Master the skill most people never learn: decisive, guilt-free stillness.
📵 Smartphone Hygiene — against the screen Audit your real usage (most people underestimate by 2–3×). Kill the hijack points: notifications off, home screen stripped, grayscale on. Build phone-free zones and deliberate windows. Turn every phantom-check urge into a training rep. The rule is simple: the phone works for you, or you work for the phone. There is no third option.
🧠 AI Cognitive Integrity — against surrender Map where you've delegated your thinking. Adopt the Think-First Rule: ten minutes of your own answer before consulting AI. Rebuild atrophied capacities—navigate, calculate, write, unaided. Verify everything that matters. Write your personal AI Constitution: what you delegate, what you co-create, what you never surrender.
AI is a brilliant intern and a terrible boss. After six weeks, you choose which one it is.
Why Six Weeks
Because that's how long it takes to make the skills automatic—not perfect, automatic. The program runs on frequency, not heroics. No 5 AM routines, no retreat centers, no special equipment beyond a €15 alarm clock. This lives in kitchens, commutes, and Tuesdays.
By Week 6, you'll notice:
Tension caught in minutes, not hours—and released without leaving the task
Pickups down 50% or more, without white-knuckling
Your own answer showing up before you reach for the machine
Who It's For
Anyone who wants to think clearer, feel steadier, and show up better—at work, at home, under pressure. No prior training needed. Adaptations available for those with neurological conditions or injury.
If you already do body fitness, you understand the logic: train the system, don't just use it. This is that—for your brain.
Where It Leads
The Reclaim is the foundation of Brain Fitness. Once your system is stable, deeper training opens: the 15-week Brain Essentials program, and—for those who want the elite expression—Brain Athletes, where your phone and AI stop being managed risks and become performance instruments.
But everyone starts here.
You can't play the game without a conditioned instrument.
The Promise
Three enemies. One training. One outcome:
A brain you actually own.
Reclaim your system. Reclaim your attention. Reclaim your mind.
