brain fitness

from fitting in to flying out

A man found an eagle’s egg and put it in a nest of barnyard hen. The eaglet hatched with the brood of chicks and grew up with them.

All his life the eagle did what the barnyard chicks did, thinking he was a barnyard chicken. He scratched the earth for worms and insects. He clucked and cackled. And he would trash his wings and fly a few feet into the air.

Years passed and the eagle grew very old. One day he saw a magnificent bird above him in the cloudless sky. It glided in graceful majesty among the powerful wind currents, with scarcely a beat of its strong golden wings.

The old eagle looked up in awe. “Who’s that?” he asked.

“That’s the eagle, the king of birds,” his neighbor said. “He belongs to the sky. We belong to the earth-we’re chickens.” So, the eagle lived and died a chicken, for that’s what he thought he was.

Do you feel like the chicken or the eagle?

Problem

Is this how you feel?

  • Not good enough

  • Not seen, not heard

  • Exhausted

  • Distracted

That is understandable as

  • Your skills and talents are suppressed

  • You live your own life as well as someone else’s

  • Your attention is highjacked by media and substances

Solution

Be unconditionally unique (instead of living the life others expect of you).

In a world full of people who seem largely interchangeable, in a world of sameness, you cannot be replaced. You are one of a kind. Your combination of skills and experience is not replicable. That represents true freedom and the ultimate power we humans can possess.

It is time to escape from expectations, to upgrade your brain. To Fly Out. To be Extraordinarian.

Our brains need freedom as well as exercise in order to stay healthy and perform at an unmatched level.

Nearly everyone (93%) understands the vital importance of brain health.

But those same people typically have no idea how to make their brains healthier or that achieving such a goal is even possible.

We are born with this brain, but we don’t have a user’s manual for it. And we don’t use it nearly as well as we can. ~ Prof. David Spiegel

Most believe this mysterious organ encased in bone is a black box of sorts, untouchable and incapable of being improved.

Not true.

The brain can be continuously and consistently enriched throughout your life no matter your age or access to resources.

You can build a better and more resilient brain, at any age.

When you are not actively working on brain health, cognitive decline will set in.

Cognitive decline begins in your late-twenties.

Prevention and optimization of brain health is far better than intervention. Prevention can help to save time, money, and discomfort in the long run.

Better Brains© Training is the world’s first integrated brain fitness training designed to enable you to be unconditionally unique.

Increased brain fitness makes you smarter, more productive, and gives you more energy. How would your life look like when vitality is the new norm?

I love the idea of brain fitness.~ Prof. Madina Burzhunova

It is even possible to increase your lifespan (delay the onset of chronic disease), while simultaneously improving healthspan (quality of life).

Do you want a better world?

The world’s challenges (e.g. energy, inequality, migration, soil & water depletion) require better brains as well as your active contribution.

At the same time, purpose, complexity and challenge are the most critical activities for brain health.

So, working on these challenges benefits you personally as well as the planet.

Our training facilitates you to naturally upgrade your brain (from Fitting In to Flying Out to Extraordinarian) and contribute to a more just world.
